- Short grain white rice
- Fruit roll-ups
- Mango sticks

- Cook the rice until it's soft and sticky. Allow to cool completely.
- Using plastic wrap over a bamboo sushi roller mat, flatten out the rice, layer the fruit roll-ups, then stack a row of mango sticks, sliced strawberries, and sliced kiwis.
- Roll the rice into a tight cylinder, cut into sushi slices, remove the plastic wrap, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- For another type of Frushi, ball some rice in your hand and layer on sliced fruit. Garnish with sesame seeds or lime zest.
