The Media Operations Coordinator supports the Media Operations team in the day-to-day operations of Tastemade’s Linear and VOD offering. This position will coordinate the distribution of Tastemade content to O&O delivery endpoints including external vendors and platforms. This role requires an intermediate knowledge of Content Management Systems(CMS), digital content delivery workflows as well as cloud-based Master Control operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manages internal content catalog and metadata using CMS 
  • Assist in the maintenance, growth and accuracy of the digital asset library and metadata.
  • Coordinate delivery of assets to various TMTV Linear and SVOD Platforms
  • Cloud-based Master Control operations for multiple linear streams
  • Build programming and ad schedules using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Data reporting for advertising campaigns, including revenues and cost data
  • Upload assets using various FTP, SFTP, S3 Buckets, etc 
  • Establish and maintain workflow documentation
  • Verify VOD delivery and delivery across all internal + platforms
  • Manage series artwork generation process for original + licensed content
  • Troubleshoot errors with Post Production and Amagi VOD team

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ years experience scheduling content for an online platform 
  • 2+ years experience Master Control/scheduling content for a network or TV station 
  • Knowledge of different types of OTT and Digital Media channels
  • Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns
  • Media Operations Experience using various CMS
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in Linear, VOD, AVOD, SVOD

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Account Management and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans that meet the advertiser's KPIs including pricing, targeting, and inventory needs.
  • Assist the Account Management team with research discovery and data pulls used to strengthen campaign recommendations. 
  • Support Account Managers in post-sale efforts including, but not limited to, asset and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, compiling screenshots, data tracking, and billing management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage Tastemade’s  growing Streaming Network business and P&L
  • Manage and lead our network programming, distribution, and analytics & operations teams and drive a culture of innovation and excellence 
  • Identify winning content & advertising strategies and high potential partners for new streaming and VOD offerings
  • Partner with our marketing and programmatic business units to refine our networks strategic approach across our Streaming Networks and collectively achieve short and long term goals and develop a unified strategic roadmap
  • Develop and communicate strategy and vision both internally and externally
  • Determine the key metrics we need to track in order to accurately measure end-to-end performance and optimization cycles across the TV Streaming business unit

  • Work closely with the Head of Programming and other stakeholders to develop a content strategy across acquisitions and originals that supports growth, and exceeds ratings goals. 
  • Track competitive acquisitions, production and development activity and communicate status to network stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, festivals and markets, virtually or in person.  Be the representative of Tastemade as a buyer of content across distributors, festival programmers, sales agents and independent creators.  
  • Bring in potential projects for acquisitions through pitches or submissions from outside companies, and identify acquisition opportunities from non-standard sources (i.e. YouTube)
  • Assist with reviewing and noting acquired shows to align with Network creative and runtime standards. 
  • Ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of incoming programming, contractual and financial obligations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in the entertainment industry in either sales, licensing or acquisitions. 
  • Familiarity with FAST, AVOD, SVOD and the general TV distribution & rights landscape, with an ability to craft deals around all of them. 
  • A history of identifying and acquiring high-performing programming at a network or streaming service. 
  • Ability to self-manage a pipeline of content deals, from sourcing to signature.

What will you be doing?

You will be creating budgets and calendars for various unscripted formats, from food, travel, competition, and docuseries to home and lifestyle.  You will be reporting to our Head of Streaming TV Production, creating budgets for all the major streamers, TV networks, as well as budgets for our original digital series. You will be working on several budgets at a time and closely with our in-house production supervisor.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Work with Head of Production and Production Management team to allocate resources and develop budgets for large series, and micro budgets for small innovative series

  • If there is an incident or accident on one of your productions, you will ensure that a proper incident report form has been filled out, and submitted in a timely manner through the proper channels

  • Track and report network and show performance on a weekly basis against department and company OKRs.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a content strategy and scheduling capacity at a TV network or major streaming service.  A background in  Home & lifestyle entertainment is a plus.

  • Proficient in industry-standard creative and production applications, including Excel and Keynote.

    • Content Partnerships: Learn to manage the client and content process post-sale, including daily social content, in addition to long-form content for our digital streaming platforms, white label assets, events, and influencer social rallies. What you’ll be doing: 

  • The trafficking and set up of campaigns on various social media platforms (FB, IG, Pinterest, etc)
  • Monitoring, pacing, and optimizing campaigns for optimal performance and profit
  • Working cross-functionally with different teams in order to successfully manage a campaign from beginning to end
  • Providing all-around support to the Ad Ops team, across both domestic and international campaigns
  • Troubleshooting and QA’ing any problems that may arise during the duration of the campaign

What you’ll bring:

  • Basic understanding of and experience in Facebook Ad Manager
  • Prior experience in monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Analyzing and monitoring monetization effectiveness across content types (live channels, VOD), devices (CTV, mobile, web) and types (direct, programmatic) 
  • Leading select projects ranging from integrating new tech partners to launching new revenue products

  • Familiarity with OTT/CTV technologies and vendors 
  • Comprehension and experience in trafficking digital video and other formats, including VAST and VPAID
  • Firm technical understanding in ad campaigns, digital video ingestion, and ad serving concepts (separation, frequency capping, blocking, beacons, audience, etc.)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Account Executives in guiding and consulting clients on when and how to leverage Tastemade’s ad product suite to maximize results based on client objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with the Influencer/Creator Manager on a variety of special projects relating to recruiting talent, research, process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Leverage creator platforms (Tagger, Creator IQ, Tubular, etc.) to search and compile contact lists to establish &  build relationships and negotiate partnerships with creators, and their reps, to expand their superfan base.
  • Possess a passion for pop culture across lifestyle verticals – especially food, design, travel, art, etc. – with the goal of connecting and building relationships.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage the development of content, brand, and B2B marketing campaigns from planning, strategy, to campaign development & execution.
  • Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment
  • Develop and maintain data and reporting processes with the Finance Team
  • Interpret data from reporting dashboards and market research studies to understand customer behavior in order to make strategic recommendations

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Responsible for insights and research across both pre-sale and post-sale.  Must deeply understand the Tastemade audience, content, and viewer experiences and help develop creative ways to utilize Tastemade's data to drive agency and brand conversations
  • Understand the different ways that data & research inform our work across the company, and position this for sales initiatives
  • Partner closely with sales to develop and deliver insights-fueled narratives that are compelling and influential
  • Strengthen our measurement capabilities on our streaming networks to drive intelligence, campaign efficiencies, and performance
  • Execute research for campaigns with measurement partners, and find new measurement solutions – work across all areas of study: survey design, project management, data integrity, fieldwork supervision, data analysis, storytelling, report creation, presentation, and troubleshooting
  • Lead consumer research with strategic partners and for the Tastemade brand
  • Contribute to Tastemade's POV regarding new/current measurement solutions and educate our sales teams accordingly

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Acting as a thought leader, developing programmatic strategy and innovative solutions to position Tastemade as an industry leader.
  • Elevating Tastemade’s voice in the CTV space via the development of key, senior level relationships with top industry leaders to ensure Tastemade is considered best-in-class
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding our platform expertise, by understanding the needs of Tastemade clients and the direction of the industry.
  • Acting as go-to expert on programmatic industry topics, able to create points of view in line with our business and core values.
  • Working with department heads and to drive the direction of the future of our programmatic display and video capabilities.
  • Ensuring we stay market-leading in the programmatic media space, with the development of case studies and thought leadership articles.
  • Acting, from time to time, as programmatic platform consultant to our clients, including assisting them in making decisions on platform adoption to achieve business goals.
  • Managing a team ensuring best practice as well as improving processes and procedures to enhance delivery capabilities.
  • Taking an active management role developing the programmatic team’s talent as well as assessing needs and resource planning on an ongoing basis.
  • Representing Tastemade in new business pitches, contributes to pricing structures and attending sales meetings when needed to actively contribute to product and business strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising including video, CTV, OTT.
  • Established thought-leadership in the programmatic video industry.
  • Deep understanding of or experience working in the connected TV advertising ecosystem across Adtech, DSP, SSP, and Agency trading desks
  • Familiarity with Ad Operations teams including campaign performance, and traffic acquisition tactics.
  • Previous experience in managing and growing teams including but not limited to: overseeing the recruitment of new team members, playing an active role in talent retention and building personal development plans.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Account Executives in guiding and consulting clients on when and how to leverage Tastemade’s ad product suite to maximize results based on client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Tastemade teams such as Finance and Business Operations,, Research and Insights, Account Management, Ad Ops, Content Partnerships, and Content in order to craft strategic and successful brand partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
  • Set up kick-off calls in preparation of new campaigns.
  • Establish deep relationships with national brands and media/advertising agencies.
  • Grow existing portfolio of Tastemade clients, to drive and upsell revenue Tastemade revenue.
  • Facilitate Account Executives in educating media agencies about Tastemade specific advertising and content strategies across its O&O properties and social channels.
  • Independently source and develop new brand partnerships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Requirements 1-3 years' experience working at a media agency or publisher managing a brand's digital advertising strategy and buying activities.
  • Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and closing complex brand partnerships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - strong desire to work in sales and team environment.
  • Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming RFP's by creating innovative media proposals to meet advertiser needs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
