What you'll be doing:

  • Work with Sales team to understand clients’ qualified and measurable KPIs and identify Tastemade tactics most effective for those goals  
  • Own the creation of creative, strategic integrated custom programs for a variety of clients, working alongside internal teams (Programming, Development, Talent, and Production) to craft a solution that is both on-brand for Tastemade and in line with Tastemade business goals
  • Create effective distribution strategies and packages based on platform-specific best practices while tying back to client KPIs
  • Bring creative, innovative and tactical program ideas to life through the writing, visual design & development of strong proposals
  • Create strong packaging around our creative ideas so they both meet our business goals and ensure measurable success for our clients
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to key accounts in partnership with Tastemade's Sales team
  • Support Account Executive counterparts on qualified sales calls and strategy sessions, as well as proposal presentations and pitches, to positively impact client relationships and create high caliber creative programming
  • Be a respected strategic & creative voice for both the client and Tastemade
  • Work across verticals to compile proactive concepts and continuously work alongside sales counterparts to identify and define opportunities for the further growth of the accounts and campaigns

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising and marketing creating custom programming with brands 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Top performance record (we will check references)
  • Experience with custom video programming is a huge plus
  • Working knowledge of Keynote

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Head of Production and LP team to allocate resources and develop budgets for upcoming + proposed editorial and branded projects
  • Tracking expenses of existing and ongoing projects, and ensuring they come in on/under budget
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all proper finance and expense procedures are followed correctly
  • Continually update budgets and reassess needs on a weekly basis for all assigned verticals
  • Work with Production Manager to keep track of all expenses
  • Keep post production costs within budget by ensuring edit schedules stay on track
  • Work with Head of Production on budgets and tracking financials for any IRL project or event

Production Execution

  • Supervise and negotiate rates with crew, equipment vendors, and vehicles suppliers
  • Ensure all staff and production teams are contracted and paid on time
  • Negotiating with contributors and locations to determine fair compensation
  • Work with PMs & PCs to confirm all featured contributors/talent are properly released
  • Ensure risk assessments are completed on each project, which include Tastemade's latest Covid related protocols, and that health and safety are a priority on set
  • Have oversight over any overtime or meal penalty requests (they must go through you)
  • Read over all insurance policies and keep in mind throughout productions to ensure compliance
  • Ensure all Production & Post deliverables are effectively communicated to PMs and PCs
  • If there is an incident or accident on one of your productions, you will ensure that a proper incident report form has been filled out, and submitted in a timely manner through the proper channels
  • Control production schedules and keep the Head of Production informed as to progress and/or potential pitfalls or overspend
  • Manage a growing team of Production Supervisors, Production Managers and Coordinators

Administration

  • Maintain and evolve production folder structure
  • Develop R&C tracking system with Rights and Clearance Director
  • Work with Head of Production on updating our internal production bible

Meetings and Communication

  • Internal production meetings
  • Internal meetings with sales and brand strategy for branded long form shows

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years experience in production
  • Pricing and budget oversight for branded content is a must

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and approve pricing for social & digital media plans, based on client priorities and company objectives - each deal is unique so it takes creativity to accomplish this goal
  • Master the nuances of social platforms, ad products, and ad sales systems & technology
  • Identify and report on key pricing and pipeline metrics, weekly and monthly
  • Work closely with Ad Operations and Account Management to approve pricing implications and optimizations on post-sale deals
  • Help manage the sales CRM, doing ad hoc work & analysis and ensuring data accuracy
  • Financial Analysis -  helping with forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, weekly reports, monthly decks to the CEO, pipeline analysis

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Account Management and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans that meet the advertisers KPIs including pricing, targeting, and inventory needs.
  • Assist the Account Management team with research discovery and data pulls used to strengthen campaign recommendations. 
  • Support Account Managers in post-sale efforts including, but not limited to, asset and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, compiling screenshots, data tracking, and billing management.  
  • Assist in the maintenance of campaign benchmarks database as well as the development of case studies and wrap reports.

What you'll bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field 
  • A strong understanding of and enthusiasm for online advertising
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong organizational skills - able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Possesses both analytical and creative thinking skills, the key to developing successful media plans for clients
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, clients, and third-party vendors

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Take a lead role in formulating data-informed strategies for Tastemade clients and sponsored campaigns. 
  • Support the Research department cross functionally by conducting pre-sale and post-sale brand research.
    • Pre-Sale: Proactively create and craft audience and content insights, working closely with sales & strategy internally to effectively tell a cohesive Tastemade story that is highly strategic and thoughtful. 
    • Post-Sale: Assist on and execute ad effectiveness measurement and brand lift studies post-sale working with 3rd party vendors like Dynata, Nielsen, Kantar Millward Brown, etc.  Analyze campaign result data and summarize key insights on brand performance.
  • Present findings and strategies in a directly client facing capacity.
  • Work closely across internal teams (Sales, Brand Strategy, Account Management) to analyze data from multiple sources in order to tell the most effective story for potential brand partners.
  • Serve as a source of guidance for Account Managers as it comes to reporting and post-campaign insights.
  • Work on proactive reports on advertising effectiveness, consumer, and industry trends.
  • Remain at the forefront of industry research best practices.
  • Proactively keep a pulse on trends within digital, OTT/CTV, and social, as well as within the Food, Home + Design, and Travel space. 
  • Be the lead on developing consumer insights and trends to construct thought leadership reports and white papers to share with internal and external clients.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in a related role.

  • Presentation skills to clients (externally + internally).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build end-to-end strategy for prospective business needs and opportunities in the ad business
  • Support/lead business discussions with internal strategic partners to develop Tastemade’s Ad product suite

What you’ll be doing:

  • Foster relationships with agents and managers to identify and recruit traditional on-camera hosts, accessible celebrities and digital influencers with a strong social following and/or creators who share Tastemade’s voice and content creation sensibility for branded content campaigns and original network programming
  • Work with the Head of Talent & Casting to align talent choices with assigned branded content project across the sales pipeline from RFP to Post-Sale
  • Manage the talent databases and trackers as it pertains to branded and original content projects
  • Create presentation and pitch materials as needed for Talent programs for internal and external presentations
  • Support the Sales and Brand Strategy teams in the pricing, packaging and execution of talent based content programs
  • Act as a liaison for the Talent Team and Tastemade’s creative and programming teams
  • Lead, draft and manage the negotiation and contract execution for assigned talent programs
  • Participate in brainstorms, pitches, and client meetings  
  • Cultivate strong relationships with talent agencies, management companies and digital influencers
  • Actively engage with the food, travel, design and lifestyle communities in the US and across the globe

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead UI and UX design across Tastemade’s growing suite of products. This is a critical role with tons of visibility—your work will be shipped to millions of people around the world who care about taste.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements, rapidly iterate on prototypes, and ultimately translate them into pixel-perfect designs to be implemented by engineering.
  • Evolve and grow Tastemade’s design system to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to supplement your design intuition with data.
  • Balance big, outside-the-box design thinking with practicality. 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of design experience at world-class consumer technology or media companies.
  • Expertise in both UI and UX for digital consumer products.
  • Cross-platform design experience including web, mobile, email, and OTT.
