What you’ll be doing:

  • Regularly pitch and grow strategic relationships with key clients and agencies teams responsible for planning and buying CTV/OTT.
  • Raise the profile of Tastemade Streaming Networks amongst video investment teams as well as the other teams responsible for buying CTV/OTT within the agencies. 
  • Drive revenue for Tastemade Streaming Networks amongst a designated list of target new business accounts.
  • Represent Tastemade as a resident expert on the CTV/Streaming landscape with the goal being to earn partner trust through proven expertise.  
  • Actively listen to and learn from client partners to better understand their needs in this rapidly evolving streaming marketplace, including client challenges and objections, new products and ad tech, and the competitive landscape. Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help inform new products, tech solutions as well as packaging and pricing of the Tastemade offering. 
  • Attend (and potentially speak-at) streaming-related events and conferences to network with client and agency partners as well as with other streamers across the industry. 
  • Deliver a best-in-class Tastemade experience through thoughtful management of client and agency relationships pre, during, and post-campaigns. 
  • Work alongside internal teams (Account Management, Rev Ops, and Ad Ops) to ensure a seamless campaign execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 4+ years of digital or linear video experience, ideally 1+ years in a sales role 
  • Thorough understanding of the CTV/OTT landscape 
  • Proven ability to create and maintain relationships amongst client and agency teams
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to pitch to teams and individuals both in person and over video
  • Proficiency with Keynote and Excel
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • This role is primarily focused on driving new business and thus requires someone who is self-motivated, persistent, and hard-working
  • Natural curiosity and appetite for learning
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work remotely and independently

How we’ll take care of you:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The pay range for this role in the US is between $86,000 and $100,000. The range listed is just one component of Tastemade’s total compensation package for employeesThe actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: candidate qualifications, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or commission, equity, benefits, and/or other incentives.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work with Sales team to understand clients’ qualified and measurable KPIs and identify Tastemade tactics most effective for those goals  
  • Own the creation of creative, strategic integrated custom programs for a variety of clients, working alongside internal teams (Programming, Development, Talent, and Production) to craft a solution that is both on brand for Tastemade and in line with Tastemade business goals
  • Create effective distribution strategies and packages based on platform-specific best practices while tying back to client KPIs
  • Bring creative, innovative and tactical program ideas to life through the writing, visual design & development of strong proposals
  • Create strong packaging around our creative ideas so they both meet our business goals and ensure measurable success for our clients
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to key accounts in partnership with Tastemade's Sales team
  • Support Account Executive counterparts on qualified sales calls and strategy sessions, as well as proposal presentations and pitches, to positively impact client relationships and create high caliber creative programming
  • Be a respected strategic & creative voice for both the client and Tastemade
  • Work across verticals to compile proactive concepts and continuously work alongside sales counterparts to identify and define opportunities for the further growth of the accounts and campaigns

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising and marketing creating custom programming with brands 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Top performance record (we will check references)
  • Experience with custom video programming is a huge plus
  • Working knowledge of Keynote
